Carlos Augusto Hernandez
Carlos Augusto Hernandez lives in Costa Rica and has been making these beautiful cutting boards for over 15 years. He is married to a primary school teacher and has three sons. All of the woods used in these cutting boards are either recycled wood, fallen timber or wood that is plantation grown and farmed for export. The woods used are Melina (pale yellow), Purple Heart (purple/brown), Mahogany (medium brown), Mora (bright yellow) and Cocobolo (deep reddish brown).
